Reach Out
Reach out by writing letters to your elected officials. You can play a major role in what is done with this piece of history. We are asking that you contact each of your local government representatives, urging them to support the Save the Putnam Trail campaign and ensure that the Putnam Trail stays 8ft wide and is improved with a stone dust surface. Letter templates and addresses are listed below.

1. Click here to download the Save Putnam Trail Letter Template to Elected Officials to download the letter template for Mayor Bloomberg. (The same template can be used for other elected officials as well. Just make sure to change the name of the official you are writing to on top of the letter)
2. Print one copy of each letter mail them to the addresses in this document. **Note: after you print these letter you must be sure to SIGN your name and the PRINT your name and address underneath so that your elected official can get back to you.**
